Browser drafts
Designs and previews use IndexedDB in this browser, with local storage as a fallback. Inquiry drafts, retry information and receipt numbers use sessionStorage in this tab. You can clear these through browser settings; save your design file and number first.
Private receipts and optional sharing
Inquiries are private by default. An HttpOnly cookie grants receipt access in the submitting browser for 30 days. Clearing it or changing browsers can remove receipt access without deleting the saved inquiry. With optional link sharing, people with the link can view the design and specifications. Names, emails and destinations remain private.
Email, WhatsApp and social links
External links take you to the corresponding service. Opening an app does not send a message on your behalf. Those services apply their own rules to information you submit there.
Information requests
Contact the team with your inquiry number to request corrections, revoke design sharing or request deletion. We verify the requester and records before handling the request. Downloaded or copied images cannot be recalled. Automatic inquiry deletion is not currently enabled; contact us to discuss retention and handling.
